  3. When will my account be credited?

    If your purchase was made by debit card, you will be refunded in the same manner, and your return will be processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday).

    If you paid by credit card, you will be refunded in the same manner, and your account will be processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note that your credit card company may have internal processing that may take 4-10 days. Please check with your credit card company for their processing procedures.

  4. How are gift certificates purchased?

    Gift certificates may be purchased through the Web site using a debit or credit card. Once a purchase has been made, the purchaser will be emailed their gift certificate code, which may then be used for an in-store or online purchase.

  5. How can I use a gift certificate that I purchased online, or in the store, on the Web site?

    In the order screen, when making a purchase, there is allowance for your gift certificate number to be entered. Please enter the full code, do not add, or delete any characters.

  6. I can not find a specific item that I am looking for, what do I do?

    Please reach us through our Contact Us form and provide specific details on the brand, style, color, and size, so that we can research your item and get back to you quickly and with a proper response.

  7. If an item is not in stock, can I order it and be notified when it arrives?

    In some instances, items back be temporarily out of stock and will need to be ordered from the manufacturer.

    Once we have researched the matter, we will let you know the status of that out-of-stock item.

    Then, one of three things is possible:

    1. The item is in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse. If this is the case, the item may not be able to be delivered for 7-14 days.
    2. The item is not in stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse. This is called a "backorder." A back ordered item might not be available for a month, or even an entire season. Depending on the length of the backorder, we would recommend that you make an alternative selection.
    3. The item has been discontinued. If an item has been discontinued, the manufacturer has decided to no longer product that item and has no more available inventory. In this instance, we would recommend that you make an alternative selection.
